- Press outlets/organizations who have not previously attended LEDucation must be able to provide other relevant coverage examples.
- A reporter or press outlet that was approved in a prior year is not guaranteed approval for the current year.
- Only professional members of the press qualify for complimentary registration. That determination will be made solely by LEDucation and at its discretion. LEDucation reserves the right to offer or restrict Press Passes on a case-by-case basis. Press Passes are available to editorial staff writers employed by a trade publication, mainstream media outlet (newspaper, radio, TV, etc.), or online magazines.
- Freelance writers, podcasters, photographers, videographers, contributing editors, or bloggers may request press passes if covering for a specific publication.

PRESS RELEASES
February 20, 2025. NEW YORK CITY—The 2025 LEDucation Trade Show and Conference extends a warm welcome to all attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and sponsors joining this highly anticipated event at the New York Hilton Midtown in New York City. The event begins with 15 virtual sessions March 13–14 and continues with in-person exhibit halls and 30 sessions March 18–19. With over 400 exhibitors showcasing their latest innovations and a rich lineup of 45 AIA CES approved educational sessions thoughtfully curated to address the most pressing topics in the lighting industry, attendees will leave equipped with valuable insights and connections.
New This Year
To better enhance the attendee experience, lunch will be served in two DLFNY Cafes providing a convenient grab-and-go available from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on both days of the show. This initiative was designed to minimize congestion and allow smoother navigation throughout the exhibit halls during peak hours.
