2021 March Virtual Conference and Online Marketplace – What People are Saying...

"Congrats to LEDucation 2021 for providing such a successful platform for the lighting community to re-engage with each other and the issues we have been thinking about. We were thrilled to have this degree of participation with peers from both design and product sides of the industry around the world. After a year of relative isolation, it was exciting to find critical mass building to address climate competitiveness as another measure of performance in lighting—something that will continue to demand global collaborative effort and collective vision."

—Leela Shanker, Founder, The Flint Collective NYC

"The LEDucation committee went above and beyond! This year’s Virtual Trade Show was very interactive and fun! As an exhibitor we had the opportunity to show videos, chat with visitors and do video conferences! I would much rather be IN PERSON but this was a great way to reach out to designers and agents all over the country and tell them about our new products."

—Terri Lux, Impact Architectural Lighting

“LEDucation is the one trade show that my designers and I look forward to every year. Because of its structure, LEDucation encourages exhibitors to focus on their newest designs and technologies. The result for us is a fast and comprehensive look into the lighting industry. Their education sessions are excellent!”

—Stephen D Bernstein, IALD, MIES, Principal, CBBLD

"LEDucation 2021 was a pleasant surprise. The virtual booths were creative and engaging this year. The live chats and booth tours enabled a lot of people to see new products on their own schedule. There was a lot of dynamic interaction with our factories and many of the seminars were excellent. We have learned a lot since LEDucation 2020 and although we were still virtual this year, technology and creativity made LEDucation 2021 a very productive show."

—Melissa Deutsch Stein, CEO, SDA

"On behalf of the Nuckolls Fund, we are so grateful for the opportunity to reach out to the lighting community. I love this method of connecting. If we were at a live LEDucation show, we would only have one-third the participation. Thank you so much."

—Lee Waldron, GWA Lighting

"I’d like to thank LEDucation and all of the amazing speakers that made LEDucation a worthwhile event. Additional thanks to all the manufacturers, agencies (especially SDA Lighting) and attendees that pulled off yet another virtual platform based show. Looking forward to seeing you all live and in-person this August."

—Asher Schoenberg, SDA Lighting
