Find everything you need to prepare for your booth, including discount deadlines, lead retrieval, move-in and move-out schedules, ordering booth equipment, drayage, and shipping label details.
Exhibition Booths
Your booth MUST comply with the following standards:
Booth Size
Maximum Height – 8’ (96”)
This is all inclusive: headers, wheels, and equipment cannot exceed this height.
Maximum Depth – 4’ (48”)
This includes: tables and overhangs
Maximum Width
7’ (84”) Single Space
14’ (168”) Double Space
Companies that fail to comply with the above parameters will not be able to register for LEDucation 2027 and will be put on the wait list.

- White Backwall Drape
- One (1) – 6′ White Skirted Table
- Two (2) – Plastic Contour Chairs
- One (1) – Wastebasket
- Shared Electrical Outlet (5 amps per booth)
- ID Sign

Q: Do I need Insurance for my Booth?
A: Yes. You will need insurance for your booth. Download Requirements
Q: I am shipping internationally. Who should I contact for tax information?
A: Please contact your freight provider as DLFNY does not release tax information for shipments to the event
Q: Who do I contact about move-in/move-out procedures?
A: Please contact Atlantic Expo (AEX) at 609-272-1600, as they manage both move-in and out. Or refer to the Exhibitor Manual
Q: Am I able to bring my display through the lobby?
A: Yes, as long as it doesn’t require any motorized equipment or carts
Q: Can I choose the location that I would like to be in?
No. Each year, exhibitor groups are rotated and assigned by the LEDucation committee.
Q: Are electric outlets provided as part of the booth?
Yes. Electrical drops will be provided and shared between exhibitors—5 amps per booth. We recommend exhibitors bring their own surge protectors and extension cords.
Q: Where do I bring in my materials that are too large to bring into the lobby area?
You must use Atlantic Expo (AEX) services to ship in advance. Call 609-272-1600.
Q: Is Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi can be purchased for your booth. Stay tuned for details
