Join In on a Docent Tour

For a personalized tour of the most up to date LED products and technology, join us for a Docent Tour. Your Docent is an esteemed industry professional who will provide insight into the latest trends and industry lingo and who can answer those pesky questions you always wanted to ask but didn’t know who to seek out. The tours last approximately 1 hour.  No registration necessary.
Tour groups will assemble in front of the registration area. Look for tour guides holding “Docent Tour” signs.

TM-30 Walk-In Demonstration Room

Wednesday, March 18 | 9:00am – 4:00pm
What do the three TM-30 Annex E Design Intents mean in real life? In the TM-30 Demo Room—Nassau East—visitors will experience immersive mockups illuminated with a variety of light sources illustrating the various design intents (Fidelity, Preference, and Vividness). These live lighting demonstrations will be paired with TM-30 values to show how TM-30 can be used to select light sources for each intent. Visitors will experience sources that meet different specification levels of the IES TM-30 specification guidelines outlined in IES TM-30-18 Annex E.

LEDucation 2020 LED Museum

New this year is an LED Museum that will be located in the main lounge area. The museum will feature a collection of first-generation LED products from various lighting designers and manufacturers. The museum will give attendees a unique chance to learn about the ingenuity and innovation that inspired our industry.

The 2020 event will feature over 400 leading manufacturers of architectural lighting, controls and related technologies showcasing their latest products and lighting solutions to an estimated 6,000+ attendees. Due to overwhelming demand, LEDucation 2020 is expanding and will provide additional exhibition space!
