He is the Director and Light Concept Lead at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), the Founder and Head Research Scientist at Lighting Research Solutions LLC (a lighting consultancy providing services in research, education, and development), and Co-Chair of the Color Committee of the Illuminating Engineering Society.
