Stephen Zhou

Stephen Zhou is responsible for overseeing McWong International’s daily operations, including several subsidiaries in Asia. In addition, he leads the cross-functional R&D team responsible for developing state-of-art smart wireless lighting control products that have won multiple industry awards. Zhou serves as Vice President of the US-China Railroad Friendship Association, a non-profit organization focusing on commemorating Chinese railroad workers’ contribution in building the first transcontinental railroad in the U.S. He is a long-time community activist with Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts of America. He holds an MBA from the Rawls College of Business, Texas Tech University and a B.S. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Shanghai. He serves on the DALI Alliance North American Working Group, and is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghai dialects.
