Friedrich Bremecker is an experienced engineer and sales executive with over 30 years of expertise in sales, software development and lighting technology. Since 2015, he has served as the Head of Sales and Executive Manager at DIAL GmbH, as well as President of DIAL America Inc., where he is responsible for the strategic development of sales and products. As the head of the lighting technology lab, he organized and implemented accreditation and quality management in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.
He has delivered numerous lectures in many countries and has conducted seminars for the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) at Lightfair on multiple occasions.
Friedrich also works in numerous standardization and normative committees in various national and international organizations, including IESNA and ZVEI. He was member of the developing group of the Global Lighting Data Format (GLDF) and Member of the IES BIM committee.
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering (Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing.) and Electrical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) from the University of Applied Science in Hagen. He speaks German, English and French, and has continuously developed his skills in leadership, communication, and self-management.
In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, traveling, and scuba diving.
