An Associate Principal at KGM Lighting, Dorothy has a background in architecture, lighting, analysis, and maintenance. Her experiences have helped to strengthen her understanding of not just lighting, but the surrounding professions as well. Dorothy has significant experience in the sports entertainment, residential, and hospitality market sectors, with award winning completions across the country.
Taking budget, wellness factors, and the science of lighting into consideration on each project, Dorothy is a great asset when collaborating with other consultants. She has become a speaker and panelist at various conferences, including LEDucation in NYC, and CitySmart in Turin. She taught at the School of Visual Arts for many years, and was recently named one of Light Collectives 40 Under 40. Dorothy also chairs the IALD’s DEIR Committee.
