Carol Jones

As the NA Market Development Manager for the DALI Alliance, Carol continues her journey of bringing higher value digital lighting into reality. She is a 30+ year veteran of the lighting industry and has a strong track record of leveraging change through innovation and market transformation. Her journey began as a lighting specifier, after which she served as a researcher and program manager at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory for 17 years. She has held manufacturing positions ranging from front-end innovation to product management and marketing for controls and luminaire manufacturers large and small, and most recently is the owner of Beyond Light Consulting.
