Carla began her career as an electrical engineer, earning her PE license while working on large-scale projects at a prominent MEP firm. She discovered her true passion in lighting design, contributing to award-winning projects that underscored the transformative power of thoughtful illumination. After more than a decade in design, she transitioned into lighting manufacturing, holding leadership roles in sales, marketing, and product development. This period gave her a unique perspective on the lifecycle of lighting products and their impact on design.
