Larry Lieberman
President, Luma-Spec Lighting

Larry Lieberman has been designing and manufacturing products for 31 years. A graduate of Ithaca College and Polytech University he started Vision Quest Lighting inc. in 1996 as a product development company; he developed products that are still being manufactured today. Mr. Lieberman is listed as an inventor on 5 patents and holds several awards for product design.

Vision Quest Lighting started to manufacture decorative custom lighting in 2006. Servicing the national retail account market, they became one of the leading suppliers of custom lighting. Customers include Abercrombie and Fitch, Ann Tyler, Yum Brands, H&M, and Limited Brands, to name a few. In the years that followed, VQL did projects all over the world, including a thirty-foot high chandeliers for Universal Studios Harry Potter Escape From Gringotts ride.

Over the years, his company has been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Newsday, EnLIGHTenment, and Pulse magazine.

VQL was acquired in 2017, Mr. Lieberman started Luma-Spec Lighting, which represents several custom lighting companies, custom LED Neon, Image Projection, and is a owner of an online decorative lighting store called B2B Spec.
