Christina Carter joined John Milner’s firm in 1986 and was named Senior Associate in 2005. Christina has wide-ranging experience in historic preservation, new traditional residential design, research and on-site investigation, measured drawings, construction documentation, and construction review. Prior to joining John Milner Architects, she served with the Preservation Assistance Division of the National Park Service in Washington, D.C., where she received the NPS Special Achievement Award for Outstanding Service. Many of Chris’s traditional design and preservation projects have been recognized for their excellence at local, regional, and national levels.
