In a post COVID-19 environment, LEDucation will continue to prioritize the health and safety of all attendees and will be run in accordance with official government and local authority guidance, as well as New York Hilton Midtown health protocols. This will include enhanced cleaning, non-contact registration, physical distancing, on-site medical staff, personal protective equipment (PPE), screening measures, and adapted conference rooms and sessions.

New Exhibitors

$4500 per tabletop. Due to anticipated social distance guidelines, table registration has been closed for 2021.

Please do NOT book with these vendors as they have NO ASSOCIATION with the event or approval to represent themselves as such. Please note that The New York Hilton Midtown is the only official hotel provider associated with LEDucation. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering accommodations for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with LEDucation 2021. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies may have costly consequences.

These solicitations ARE NOT associated with LEDucation. THIS IS A SCAM! Please DO NOT enter into financial agreement with any of these vendors as they have NO ASSOCIATION with the event or approval to represent themselves as such. They are not endorsed by or affiliated with LEDucation. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies may have costly consequences. LEDucation only provides an OPT-IN attendee list to LEDucation media sponsors only and with attendees “OPT-IN permission” to share their information. Attendee information is NOT SHARED if attendees choose a DO NOT OPT-IN option to share their information. LEDucation does not sell attendee or exhibitor contact information to anyone.

Exhibition Booths

Each booth will be provided with one 6' WHITE draped table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, and a booth ID sign.

HEIGHT OF EXHIBIT AND BACKDROP CANNOT EXCEED 8' Height and 6' Width. There is approximately 2' of space behind your table and a 1’ space between the next exhibitor tables. However, the space between the next exhibitor will need to be open so you can’t have any part of your exhibit extending into that space. TABLES are 6' long x 24" wide x 30" tall.

*Please adhere to the 6' banner. There are two poles and sidewalls that equate to roughly .5" on each side.
• LEDucation offers TABLETOP ONLY exhibits.
• Table locations will be determined and assigned by the LEDucation committee.
• If your booth is located along the wall, please note you are NOT allowed to place or attach any signage or materials on the wall.
• NOTE: Drayage is not included, this is an exhibitor responsibility. Drayage contact information and details will be supplied with the Exhibitor Information Packet (available soon). Due to start time, all exhibitor set-ups must be completed by Tuesday, 9:00 am August 17. There will be NO set-up the day of the event. Set-up details will be included in the Exhibitor Kit packet (available soon)

Q: Are electric outlets provided as part of the booth?
Yes. Electrical drops will be provided and shared between exhibitors. We recommend exhibitors bring their own surge protectors and extension cords.

Q: Can I ship direct to the hotel?
Yes, you can ship direct to hotel but they do NOT take palleted items. OUTSIDE VENDOR/CONTRACTOR GUIDELINES will be provided in coming days

Q: Where can I bring in my materials that I am carrying that are too large to bring into the lobby area?
Must use AEX services to ship in advance. Exhibitor Manual will be provided in coming days

Q: Is Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi is available for your booth. You will be able to order through the Hilton. Instructions will be provided in coming days.
