The safety and health of our industry is of utmost importance. LEDucation is monitoring local, state and federal health recommendations and regulations that relate to the health and wellbeing of all our stakeholders. We are committed to providing regular updates to you as new information becomes available.

VACCINATION POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: In compliance with New York City COVID-19 ordinance, all LEDucation exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, and attendees, age 12 and up, are required to show proof of vaccination and prove they received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine authorized for use or emergency use by the FDA or WHO. Note that the New York City ordinance does not accept proof of a negative COVID-19 test result.

FACE COVERING UPDATE

Regardless of vaccination status, face coverings must be worn in all areas of the LEDucation Trade Show and Conference, and throughout the New York Hilton Midtown, except when drinking or eating.

Herb N’ Kitchen Restaurant, Lobby Lounge, Bridges Bar
• Sitting at the bar
• Dining in the restaurant space
• Does not apply to pick-up or to-go orders

Fitness Center
• Use of fitness center equipment
• Any entrance into the fitness center facility
